17 ways to make JESUS happy

Just recently, the LORD JESUS reminded me that I should stop sinning and obey and fear Him because He can kill both my body and soul in hell (Matthew 10:28). He said I should love Him and others wholeheartedly. And, love He said, should be expressed with actions or good deeds. He added that faith alone is useless without works. But sometimes I missed doing the things the LORD requires me to do and I feel sad and I felt His Spirit leave me. So, in order for me to stay happy, I asked the LORD what are the things that would make Him happy. Here are His answers: He is happy when you appreciate the things He has done for you. When the LORD JESUS answers your prayer, you should appreciate Him. For example He has saved you in a car accident, then express your wholehearted appreciation to Him. He is happy when you thank Him for all He has done for you. Every day, we should give thanks to the LORD JESUS for giving us life, peace, sound mind, comfort, joy, and streng...

What does JESUS want from us?

I have this plan on my mind to write one article for this blog every week. This is the fourth week and I need to write another article. So, today, I asked the LORD JESUS what to write, and He told me to write about the things He wants from us. Listed below are the things He wants from us. 1. He wants our faith. Hebrews 11:1 defines faith as the confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. It means we should completely believe in the LORD JESUS as our one true living GOD (Matthew 4: 5-7 & 1 John 5:20) even if we do not see Him. We should as well believe and accept His Words in the Bible because they are all true (Check John 17:17). Also, even if we are still on the process of knowing the LORD JESUS, we should have faith that He is good, loving, and kind and we should obey Him as well. If we do that, He will reveal Himself to us and prove us that the things He said in the Bible are all true. I have proven it myself. Remember the LORD JESU...

How to have a loving and faithful relationship with JESUS

Christian faith is not just about believing that JESUS exists, He is real, and He is our One True Living GOD, but above all, it is a personal relationship with Him. Only in our personal relationship and daily encounters with Him that we come to know Him which is what He wants. He said in Hosea 6:6 that He wants us to know Him and love Him. You might want to experience JESUS' love, goodness, and mercy by having a closer, loving, and faithful relationship with Him but you don't know how to. So, I listed here below the ways on how to establish a loving and faithful relationship with the LORD JESUS. 1.) Believe that a closer relationship with JESUS is possible and that's what He wants. You might have some doubts if having a relationship with JESUS is possible my answer is, yes it is very possible and He answers you when you talk to Him. This is what JESUS said in in Jeremiah 33:3, “ Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do ...

What does JESUS want us to do?

Once in my life I asked myself this question, what does the LORD JESUS want me to do? I was so caught up with all of life's concerns before; like finding a job, providing my family's needs, and getting rich. Until one day, my cousin Nelfa brought me a book, The Purpose Driven Life written by Pastor Rick Warren. I read it and it changed my perspective and view about JESUS, life, and my purpose. In summary, the book says that t he meaning and purpose of life come not from focusing on ourselves but from knowing and working with the author of life, namely God-JESUS CHRIST. It is also written in that book that we are planned for God's pleasure and His purpose for creating us is for us to bring Him glory. Let us check this verse in Isaiah 43:7 which say, “ They are my own people, I created them to bring me glory.” That is mainly what JESUS wants us to do, to glorify Him or to bring Him glory. Listed here below are the top ten things that JESUS want us to do that will ...
